Veurde ("Veurde," "we," "us") helps you find and order food that fits your health goals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Veurde mobile app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Veurde, you agree to this policy.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to Stripe and is not stored on Veurde's servers. We retain only non-sensitive details such as the payment status and amount for your order record.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Veurde, and only as needed to provide the service:

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users.
Some information you provide (allergies, dietary goals, body stats) relates to your health. We use it only to personalize your experience within Veurde and to help you avoid allergens. You can edit or remove these details at any time in the app, and you control any connections to health/fitness apps.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where retention is required by law.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Veurde is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app where appropriate.
